Dados da Disciplina
Ementa: Aplicação dos conhecimentos básicos de ciclo celular e ácidos nucléicos, no entendimento das técnicas de biologia molecular e de seu emprego nos diferentes estudos científicos. Inclui estrutura celular de eucariontes e procariontes, ciclo celular, ácidos nucléicos, conceito e estrutura de gene, tradução de mRNA e código genético. Técnicas de PCR, RFLP, RAPD, PCR em tempo real, RT-PCR, cDNA, microssatélites, sequenciamento de DNA e bioinformática.
Objetivos:
Metodologia de Ensino e Avaliação
Metodologia: Leitura e discussão de artigos científicos para a produção de seminários e de artigos científicos relacionados aos projetos de pesquisa dos alunos, de forma associada aos tópicos de Biologia Molecular.
Procedimentos de Avaliação da Aprendizagem: A avaliação será feita com base no desenvolvimento científico dos alunos, com base na metodologia proposta
Horário de atendimento: Todos dias no NTF, manhã e tarde
