Dados da Disciplina
Ementa: Inglês como idioma científico universal. Princípios de pronúncia e diferenças regionais. Conhecimentos e habilidades pedagógicas. Prática de apresentações orais.
Objetivos:
Metodologia de Ensino e Avaliação
Metodologia: O objetivo da disciplina é fomentar o uso do Inglês como ferramenta de comunicação oral entre os discentes do programa pós-graduação em Odontologia, dando enfoque a apresentação oral de material com conteúdo científico ( projetos de pesquisas, temas livres, painéis, aulas para a graduação, etc).

A disciplina será ministrada sob a forma de aulas teórico-expositivas, leituras de textos básicos e consul-tas a fontes complementares na sala de aulas do PPGO.
Durante a operacionalização da disciplina serão realizadas as seguintes atividades:
a) Apresentações orais;
b) Análise de vídeos;
c) Orientações personalizadas.
d) Apresentações de trabalhos sob a forma de seminários pelos alunos
e) Trabalhos em grupo e individuais.
Procedimentos de Avaliação da Aprendizagem: As avaliações contemplarão aspectos qualitativos e quantitativos do desempenho dos alunos, que serão realizados através das seguintes estratégias:
a) Atividades de participação, assiduidade e pontualidade do aluno às atividades da disciplina;
b) Realização de tarefas escritas e orais.
Horário de atendimento: sextas-feiras das 14 às 16h
