RESUMO:

The genus Dipteryx, belonging to the tribe Dipterygeae, has around 14 species, being found in Brazil in the Amazon, Northeast and Central regions, as well as in Central America (Costa Rica and Panama) and Venezuela and stands out for the use of its leaves, stems and roots in folk medicine. Plants of this genus have coumarins, isoflavones, triterpenoids, fatty acids and furanocassan diterpenoids in their chemical composition. Dipteryx lacunifera Ducke is popularly known as “garampara”, “fava de morcego” or “castanheira do Gurgueia”, occurs in the central-north region of Brazil (States of Maranhão and Piauí) and has high economic value and energy potential, in addition to being antioxidant activity. Aiming to contribute to studies, two fractions (ethyl acetate - FAcOEt and ethereal - FEt) were selected to carry out phytochemical and biological studies. Using chromatographic methods (Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20), two compounds (1 and 6) were isolated. Through ESI(-)-ITMS analysis of FAcOEt subfractions and the UPLC-MS/MS technique of the both fractions, it was possible to identify twenty-one compounds (1-21), fourteen of these compounds are reported for the first time in the genus Dipteryx. By molecular network (GNPS) of the fractions was possible noted and grouped fifteen (7-21) compounds in flavonoids-O-glucoside, flavononol-O-glucoside, flavone-C-glucoside in both fractions, proanthocyanidin only in FAcOEt and the presence of flavonol, flavonol-O-methoxylated and alkaloid only in FEt. The ethyl acetate fraction showed better antioxidant potential (DPPH assay), showing the potential of this fraction as a source of antioxidant substances. The fractions showed low inhibition potential against the tumor cell lines tested. The results obtained contribute to the knowledge of the chemical composition and biological potential of the polar fractions of D. lacunifera, this being the first study with the leaves of this species.
