1. The policy for processing requests for the Catalog Card will follow the following recommendations:
- The Catalog Card should only be requested for the final version of the work;
- The request should be made via SIGAA;
- The card will be prepared in PDF format and sent to users within 72 hours (in-person students) or 7 days (distance learning students). This period only takes into account business days;
- After processing the request, the user will receive an alert email and the Catalog Card will be available on their page, in SIGAA.

*If you have problems requesting the catalog card, send an email to: dri@ufpi.edu.br
*Only after receiving the Catalog Card, the student may request the BCCB Negative Certificate.
2. The Negative Certificate issued by the Central Library must be requested via email: bccb@ufpi.edu.br.
